Colter Bostick

Colter Bostick is the Director of Pitcher Development for our Texas Colts.  Colter is a professional pitching coach who, in collaboration with sixteen-year MLB veteran and three-time All-Star, Jon Matlack (NY Mets & TX Rangers), founded Maximized Pitching Performance to create a program that promotes proper development of pitchers in the Youth, High School, College, and Professional ranks.  Colter has worked with players at every level of the game and uses an ever-evolving philosophy to make sure that his pitchers receive specific, individualized, instruction in the areas of mechanical diagnosis, year-round conditioning for the throwing arm and body, and cognitive competitive skills. Having worked alongside some of the best coaches and players in the game, Colter draws upon a vast wealth of resources and personal knowledge to provide pitchers with scientifically-proven arm care protocols, vast training methods, and recruiting tools; he takes great care to ensure the safety and advancement of athletes.
